The Ventriloquist Club was the scene of a mob shoot-out between Scarface's gang and competitor Marty Vetch.

Robinson Park is a landmark located in one of the more impoverished neighborhoods in Gotham City. Its borders extend between South Gotham and Central Gotham Island.
Robinson Park became the base of operations for Poison Ivy during the No Man's Land affair. Many of the park's more notable landmarks such as the Forum of the Twelve Caesars, Finger Castle, and the Robinson Park Reservoir were destroyed during No Man's Land. Once Gotham was re-instituted, a restoration project was put underway to repair the damage.

Shadowcrest is the ancestral home of the Zatara family. A mansion of vast mystical properties, it is not always situated in the same locale for extended periods of time. Mystical wards protect the mansion from unwanted trespassers, and other incantations are used to render it invisible to those untrained in the mystic arts. Recently, Shadowcrest has been appearing in the Gotham County region just outside Gotham City. While once the home of mage John Zatara, it has since been passed down to his daughter Zatanna. Zatanna maintains an extensive occult library inside the mansion and the house is staffed with faux servants created through magic. Another security feature at Shadowcrest is its voice recognition security system; a complex spell that serves as a "magic word" for gaining access to the front foyer.

The Tenniel Estates were once owned by Victorian illustrator John Tenniel (famous for his work on Alice in Wonderland). After his death, his property was converted into a garden which featured likenesses of many of the characters that he illustrated. During the "Knightfall" saga, it was a hideout for the Mad Hatter.

Home to Bruce Wayne.
The original Manor was damaged beyond repair, forcing Bruce Wayne to redesign the Manor along with the Batcave. The new Manor is a veritable fortress, a pastiche of Gothic architecture combined with features of castellated architecture. Solar panels are installed in the new Manor, providing environmentally-friendly electricity generation for the complex. It also includes a heliport for commercial helicopters.
